TIDE PLANS (LOW OR HIGH)

These plans are great for most small businesses that need help with customer service, management, and/or virtual assistance, as well as website work.
You and your business are on our schedule every day (or every week, depending on your needs).
We will make sure all points of contact (text, voicemail, and email), daily tasks, etc. are checked at least twice per day for customer service and virtual assistance.

DIVE-IN PLAN

This plan lets us dive into your business for up to 10 hours a month.
This is perfect for those clients who do not need daily attention but have occasional needs and/or scheduled tasks. This plan is a great fit for website maintenance, too.
This plan includes the same services as the Tide Plans, but on a monthly schedule rather than a daily or weekly check-in.

TIDE POOL

This is the perfect choice for a website update, data entry, posting an ad, writing an article, helping you hire or screen staff, etc. (or overflow of work for our existing clients who may need time beyond their monthly plan).

The 333

This plan is great for someone who wants to dip their toes in the water of support. 3 meetings per month up to 1 hour, and 3 hours of support outside of the meetings. This could look like brainstorming sessions, looking at the systems you have in place, helping to set up systems, looking at your client flow, digital organization, social media images, website support, helping to troubleshoot a pain point, and so much more. This plan is great for both new and growing businesses as it’s always nice to have a fresh set of eyes to take a look at the flow and make sure you are using your time and resources in the most productive way.
